This page walks one order end to end so nothing on the checkout screen is a surprise.
Picking the plan first
Price is set before any coin is involved. We take Anthropic's own gift price, add the sales tax charged on that purchase, add the flat fee our swap provider takes, and add a small margin. Those four lines are shown separately at checkout rather than folded into one number, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Choosing a coin
Once you pick a plan, the coin list checks each coin's live minimum against your order total. Anything currently unusable at that size is greyed out with the reason, which saves you finding out only after sending funds. Stablecoins usually carry the lowest floor because the provider needs no headroom against price movement.
The quote and the deposit window
When you confirm, we ask the swap provider for a live rate and lock the deposit amount at that moment. That figure, not the dollar price, is what you send. The address stays valid for two hours. If the window closes before your transaction lands, the order is marked expired and you start a fresh one at the current rate. Nothing is lost by letting one lapse, because an expired window means no funds ever arrived.
After you send
Your order page tracks the payment through confirming, swapping and complete. It needs no login: the order code is the key, and it never expires. Once the swap settles we buy the gift subscription and email the redemption link, usually within a few hours. A person completes that purchase, so it is not instant.
If something goes wrong
Send the order code and the transaction hash. Underpayments and overpayments are both resolved by hand. We are not going to keep your money over a rounding error.
