Rates, networks and delivery

How is the amount I send calculated?

When you place an order we ask our swap provider for a live quote and lock the deposit amount at that moment. That figure is what you send, not the USD price. If the market moves while your transaction confirms, that is already accounted for; you do not owe a top-up.

Which networks can I deposit on?

It depends on the coin. USDT and USDC accept Tron, Ethereum, BNB Chain and Polygon among others; BTC, XMR, LTC and DOGE use their own chains. The checkout shows a network picker whenever a coin has more than one, and defaults to the cheapest widely-supported option.

What if I send less than the quoted amount?

An underpayment will not auto-complete. Contact support with your order code and the transaction hash and we will either top the swap up manually or return what arrived, minus the network fee it costs to send it back.

Why is there a deposit window?

The quoted rate is only good for so long. Each deposit address stays valid for two hours; after that the order is marked expired and you simply start a new one at the current rate. Nothing is lost by letting one lapse.

Once the chain confirms and the swap settles, we buy the gift subscription and email the redemption link. In practice that is usually within a few hours. It is not instant, because a person completes the purchase.

Is this a shared or resold account?

No. You receive an official claude.ai gift subscription code that you redeem on your own Anthropic account. We never have access to it and you are never sharing with anyone.

Which coin has the lowest minimum?

Stablecoins, normally. Volatile coins carry a higher floor because the provider needs headroom against price movement. The checkout greys out any coin whose live minimum is above your order total, so you can see it before you commit.
