What is being sold
An arrangement service. This desk buys an official Claude gift subscription on your instruction and delivers the redemption link. It is not Anthropic, is not affiliated with Anthropic, and holds no reseller agreement with anyone.
How the price is built
Four components, itemised at checkout: Anthropic's list price, the 8.875% sales tax charged on that purchase, a flat $2 swap fee, and this site's margin of $0.65. Nothing else is added and nothing is hidden in a rounded total.
The quote
The crypto figure is fixed at the moment you confirm and held for 120 minutes. Market movement inside that window is absorbed here, not billed to you. Send the exact figure shown; a different amount requires manual handling.
Expiry
After 120 minutes the deposit address stops being valid and the order is marked expired. An expired order means nothing arrived and nothing is owed in either direction. Place another at the current rate.
Under and overpayment
Both are resolved by hand. Send the order code and the transaction hash. The outcome is either completion of the order or return of what arrived, less the network fee required to return it.
Delivery timing
Typically within hours of the payment confirming. Fulfilment is manual and no specific time is guaranteed. Anything advertising instant delivery of a genuine subscription is describing something else.
Refund position
Before the subscription is purchased: refundable, less network fees. After a redemption code has been issued: not refundable, because the underlying purchase has already completed.
Liability
Capped at the value of the order concerned. Anthropic's pricing, plan structure and continued support for gift subscriptions are outside this desk's control.
